Oh hi there! i'm shev - the face behind shots by shev.

My real name's Siobhan. My mum thought giving me an Irish name to match my last name would be creative.... except nobody could pronounce it. School was interesting to say the least. That's where Shev came from - a nickname that stuck so well, most people don't even know my given name anymore

I've always had an appreciation for a good photo, the kind that makes you stop, smile, or laugh out loud. But I never imagined turning that passion into a business. Based in Forbes, Central West NSW, I've been lucky enough to have inspiring people around me who pushed me to make it happen.

Photography, for me, is about capturing everything. The smiles, the laughs, the in between moments where you capture a sneaky glance between two people reacting to another. The moments we are all obsessed with after. When I'm not behind the camera you'll probably find me diving into a DIY project or passionately talking about rugby union - because balance is key?
